Man killed in early morning Kentwood crash

KENTWOOD, Mich. (WZZM)- A 25-year-old died Saturday morning in a serious two-car accident.

The accident happened just after 2:30 a.m. at the intersection of 44th Street and Broadmoor.

The Kentwood Police say the accident happened when the 25-year-old man failed to stop at a blinking red light, and hit an oncoming vehicle.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.
