SCOTTVILLE, Mich. (WZZM) - The criminal sexual conduct case against a former soccer coach is being dropped.

Todd Johnson, 39, resigned from his job last fall after allegations surfaced that he had an inappropriate relationship with a player.

The alleged victim first told police the sexual relationship started when she was 13, but she testified Wednesday that it started when she was 18, which is legal.
