Cooking with Kal: Stuffed Bread

STUFFED BREAD

2 loaves Frozen Bread - thawed

1 head Fresh Broccili - cleaned and broken in small pieces

1 medium Onion - peeled and sliced thin

I clove Garlic - minced fine

1 pound Ham - cut up

1 cup Swiss Cheese

1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese

½ cup shredded Parmesan Cheese

Melted Butter or Butter Spray

Sesame seeds - optional

Preheat oven to 350.

Spray a pizza pan with oil or olive oil.  Flatten one loaf of the bread and stretch and spread out the size of the pan.

Put ingredients on dough, in the order given, spreading around so it is distributed evenly.

Roll out the second loaf of bread, stretching it if necessary, to fit over the top of the ingredients.  Work the edges of the bread over the edge of the bottom bread and pinch closed.

Spray or brush the top with butter or butter spray and toss sesame seeds on.  Make a few slits in the top of the bread.

Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350°.
