CEDAR SPRINGS, Mich. (WZZM ) - A Stanton man is in critical condition after sustaining injuries in a Kent County crash Friday night.
The accident happened shortly after 7 p.m. Friday at 18 Mile Road and Myers Lake Road, northeast of Cedar Springs.
Deputies say the car driven by 20-year-old Harrison Crawford failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with a pickup truck driven by Donald Smith of Cedar Springs.
Crawford is at Spectrum Butterworth Hospital where his condition was downgraded to critical condition Saturday.
Smith was originally arrested on an alcohol offense, but those charges have been dismissed. His passenger was not injured.
