GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) -- Some of the last acts of Laughfest took the stage Sunday night, including the younger brother of gospel singer Marvin Sapp.
Henry Sapp has taken part in Laughfest every year since the event started.
Sapp considers himself a Christian comedian, so he "dresses up" his act a little differently. He says he tries to find the humor in real issues, without using cuss words.
"For me, I love the art of trying to create something funny without using a potty word, and it's a challenge," said Sapp. "Bringing laughter to the city is an honor and I'm just happy to be a resident of Grand Rapids, Michigan."
This is the third year for Laughfest. The proceeds will go to Gilda's Club of Grand Rapids to support cancer patients.
