Road trips and airports don't have to equal fast food and junk! Here are some healthy alternatives:
1. V8 infusion drinks and/or Capri Sun V (with veggies)
2. Homemade trail mix. Honey roasted peanuts, raisins, dried apples, pretzels, cereal (cheerios, etc)
3. Kashi crunch. Eat it dry and it's like granola. As much protein as an egg!
4. Mott's fruit snacks--new, with veggies!
5. Cookies---Or ARE they??? Newton Fruit Thins. Delicious and naturally sweet
