COMSTOCK PARK, Mich. (WZZM) -- The West Michigan Whitecaps continue to amaze with their creative menu at Fifth-Third Ballpark. The team proudly unveiled this year's offerings and many WZZM 13 staff members were more than happy to try them out.
Notable items on the 2013 menu include the 'Baco,' a lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise taco wrapped in bacon, and the 'Squealin' Pig,' a habanero-laced barbecue sandwich touted as "the spiciest sandwich sold at any ballpark in America."
"I think that 's why people come out to the ballpark," says Steve McCarthy, vice president of sales at the Whitecaps. "Because of variety of food."
The other food items that will appear on this year's Whitecaps menu are foot-long corndogs, fried mac-n-cheese bites, sausage kabobs, and cake batter ice cream. A complete list can be found here. (http://atmilb.com/Xz8AIf)
