* Community Family Partnership (CFP): This is a cross-system collaboration between Network 180 (Community Mental Health), Department of Human Services, Education, Juvenile Justice, service providers and other youth-serving organizations working together with children, youth and families to improve access to effective behavioral health services. This System of Care initiative aims to coordinate existing community resources and provide new services and promotes family-driven, youth-guided care that is culturally responsive to the needs of our community.
