How are you celebrating Father's Day? I have a perfect menu that is easy and packed with flavor that the Father you are celebrating will love!

MENU
Sirloin Burger with Cabernet Caramelized Onions, Gorgonzola Cheese, and, Arugula

Spinach Salad w/Grilled Radishes, Potatoes & Red Onions in a Lemon, Garlic Dressing

Double Chocolate Brownie with Coconut Rum

Cabernet Caramelized Onions
Ingredients
• ¼ cup of butter
• 2 large Vidalia Onions
• ¼ cup Cabernet Sauvignon
• Pinch of Salt
• Pinch of Sugar

1. Melt butter in a large skillet on medium heat.
2. Add onions and cook on medium-low for about 30 minutes.
3. Once the pan starts browning add the wine and scrap pan.
4. Add salt & Sugar
5. Cook for a couple of minutes until the wine reduces.
