LOWELL, Mich. (WZZM)-Hundreds of people are kicking off summer with a Relay For Life in Lowell.
More than 200 people signed up to take part in this year's event at Lowell High School's Red Arrow Stadium. Lowell's Relay For Life runs through noon Saturday, June 22. According to the event's website, participants have already raised more than $42,000 for the American Cancer Society.
The Hudsonville and Jenison communities are holding their Relay For Life Saturday and Sunday at the Hudsonville Fairgrounds. The event starts at 9 a.m.
WZZM 13 is a proud sponsor of Relay For Life, which is the primary fundraiser for the American Cancer Society.
