BLOOMINGDALE, Mich. (WZZM) - A Bloomingdale High School basketball coach and his cousin have been arrested on Criminal Sexual Conduct charges with a 14-year-old student.
Michigan State Police began investigating Adrian Ledesma, and his cousin Jaime Ledesma II after the parents of a 14-year-old girl found text messages of a sexual nature on her cell phone in June. The victim had become acquainted with Adrian Ledesma while he was a boy's Junior Varsity basketball coach at Bloomingdale HS where she was a student.
Adrian Ledesma was charged with two counts of CSC, 1st degree and Criminal Conduct, 2nd degree. Jaime Ledesma II was charged with CSC, 1st degree, CSC, 3rd degree, and Criminal Conduct 4th degree. Both were arraigned in Allegan Thursday.
Police say that none of the incidents took place at or around the school.
