GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) -- The plan to expand the entertainment complex around the Grand Rapids B.O.B. is delayed for at least a year.
Tuesday morning the Grand Rapids City Commission approved an agreement amendment allowing B.O.B owner Greg Gilmore time to review the plan and research financial feasibility.
The original project called for a new downtown concert venue, a festival marketplace, dozens of vendors and luxury suites.
Under the extension, Greg Gilmore has until August of 2014 to submit final plans for the development. He must also submit quarterly reports to the city about the project.
Greg Gilmore first purchased the parking lot adjacent to the current B.O.B. in 2009.
