EMPIRE, Mich. (WZZM) - A missing man and his three children have been found safe in Northern Michigan.

Chief Ranger Phil Akers says police received a call Sunday to be on the lookout for the family. Akers says a ranger found the father's silver Mercedes about 7 a.m. Monday.
It was near a parking lot at the Coast Guard Maritime Heritage Museum at Sleeping Bear Dunes.
WWTV-WWUP reports that police found "unusual things" in the car but won't say what they were.
Park rangers, sheriff's deputies and crews from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, state police and the Coast Guard searched the park.
