Take Five Stuffed Burger Recipes - 10/14/2013

Santa Fe Chipotle Burger
Chipotle Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Guacamole 1 oz.
Romaine 2 leaves
Tomato 2 slices
Pepper Jack cheese 1 slice
Turkey patties 2 4oz patties
Take 1 pound of 85/15 ground turkey and divide into 4 equal parts
Form each of these sections into balls and flatten into 3/8" thick patties
Place the patties on medium/hot griddle to begin cooking for approximately 4 minutes
Flip patties and allow to cook for another 4 minutes on this side or until the internal temperature of 165°
Place slice of pepper jack cheese on each patty and allow to melt for 1 minute
On the crown of a toasted bun, spread guacamole
Spread the chipotle sauce on the bottom bun then place romaine and tomato slices on top
Stack the 2 turkey patties on bottom bun and top with crown of the bun

Tuscan Burger
Balsamic Vinaigrette 1 Tbsp.
Fresh Basil 2-3 leaves
Diced Onion 2 Tbsp.
Tomato 2 slices
Mozzarella cheese 1 slice
Turkey patties 2 4oz patties
Take 1 pound of 85/15 ground turkey and divide into 4 equal parts
Form each of these sections into balls and flatten into 3/8" thick patties
Place the patties on medium/hot griddle to begin cooking for approximately 4 minutes
Flip patties and allow to cook for another 4 minutes on this side or until the internal temperature of 165°
Place slice of mozzarella cheese on each patty and allow to melt for 1 minute
Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette on the bottom bun and place diced onions, fresh basil and tomato slices on top
Stack the 2 turkey patties on bottom bun and top with crown of the bun.
