COMSTOCK PARK (WZZM) -- If you're looking for an easier way to shovel that heavy snow, the Shovelution claims it lets your shovel do the bending.

It's a simple concept. It's an attachment that fits on any shovel handle. The attachment gives you another handle so you're not bent over and it's flexible and springy to help when tossing the snow.

Mary Seger has a number of knee and back issues and she found the Shovelution in a video on YouTube. You can find it at www.shovelution.com

It's easy to assemble by just using a small screw driver to attach it to your shovel.

I also have a bad back and wouldn't think of trying to shovel heavy, wet snow. But I found the Shovelution seemed to distribute the weight of the snow, and there was no bending. You seem to lift with your arms and upper body, without having to bend and strain the muscles in your back.

Mary swears by it. She says now she can shovel her whole driveway without taking a break, and with no aches or pains. She's telling everyone she knows about it.

You can also attach the Shovelution to pitch forks or shovels for things like spreading mulch as well.

The Shovelution says it's Made in the USA. We ordered it from their website for $29.95 plus shipping.
