GRAND RAPIDS, (WZZM) - Local police and firefighters took on teachers from Kenowa Hills High School Saturday night during the Robert Kozminski Memorial Basketball Tournament.

This is the 7th year for the tournament, which honors Grand Rapids Police Officer, Robert Kozminski, who was shot and killed in 2007 while responding to a domestic violence call.

Proceeds from tonight's game will benefit Kent County Sheriff's Deputy Aron Bowser, who is recovering from a double lung transplant.
