Bernie Sanders, Donald Trump Jr. visiting West Michigan Wednesday

WEST MICHIGAN - West Michigan continues to be a focus of the Presidential race after Donald Trump's visit to Grand Rapids on Monday.

On Wednesday, Nov. 2, two more big names will visit the area.

Bernie Sanders will campaign for Hillary Clinton in Kalamazoo and Donald Trump Jr. will be at a campaign rally for his father at Grand Valley State University.

Sanders is scheduled to speak at the Miller Auditorium at noon. The Vermont Senator is expected to discuss Hillary Clinton's economic plan and compare it to Trump's plan. He will also talk about raising the minimum wage to a living wage, climate change, making college tuition free, and fixing the criminal justice system.

Sanders will make a second appearance in Michigan Wednesday afternoon. He will speak at a rally in Traverse City at 3:15 p.m.

Donald Trump Jr. will appear at a campaign rally for his dad on GVSU's Allendale campus.

He will be speaking to students on the importance of this election and issues facing the country. The event begins at 3:30 p.m. in the Grand River Room of the Kirkhof Center. Doors open at 2:30 p.m.
