Guiding Light serves hundreds for Thanksgiving

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. - Thanksgiving might not be until Thursday, but our friends at Guiding Light mission are celebrating today with their annual Thanksgiving meal.

Guiding Light fed more than 300 community members during the event that happened on Division Avenue in Grand Rapids.

Attendees will be served a traditional Thanksgiving meal.

The event is made possible by more than 100 volunteers – and the generosity of donors.

Guiding Light offers recovery and back to work programs, as well as free meals and a safe place to stay.
