IONIA, MICH. - Charges are expected for two adults and four juveniles believed connected to a break-in at a school in Ionia County.
Police responding around 9 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 11, to the Saints Peter and Paul School in Ionia found the building's office was broken into, according to police. Money was taken, as well as other pieces of property.
Hours later, around 1 p.m., police were sent to check on a person who was reported to be injured and had a large amount of cash. An officer got a confession from the person, as well as suspect names and property.
More confessions were received throughout the day, and police were able to get back the property that was across parts of the county.
