GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. - The public's help has lead to the arrest of eight people accused of committing acts of domestic violence.
A campaign launched by Silent Observer and area police departments seek the public's assistance in finding 24 men and women wanted for alleged acts of domestic violence in Kent County. One week since publishing a poster, eight people are in police custody, according to a news release.
Thirty tips have come in to lead police to their suspects.
An award of up to $500 is offered for information that leads to any arrest of the wanted suspects. For a list of names, visit Silent Observer's Facebook page.

Silent Observer's Love Does Not Hit campaign is part of October's Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
