Police find drugs, guns during DEA search in Muskegon

Law enforcement agencies that participated in a drug raid in Muskegon County say they can't release much information about what happened for fear of jeopardizing the case.

MUSKEGON, MICH. - At least three police agencies participated in a drug raid Sunday, March 5, in Muskegon County, resulting in the arrest of three men.

WZZM 13 has confirmed the U.S  Drug Enforcement Administration was the lead investigative agency coordinating numerous searches in Muskegon. Police say they can not release much information about the searches for fear of jeopardizing the investigations.

An agent with the DEA office in Grand Rapids confirmed kilos of cocaine and meth were seized. Several guns were also taken.

Police arrested three men. The investigation will be forwarded to the U.S. Attorney's Office in Grand Rapids for a charging decisions in which they'll likely be arraigned later this week.

Michigan State Police and Muskegon Police officers assisted in the investigation.
