App made in West MI helps with childhood obesity

Grand Rapids (WZZM) - In 2011, a West Michigan company introduced an app to help children manage their asthma. A lot has changed since then.

The app, called Abriiz, has expanded to include other conditions like diabetes and childhood obesity.

Keith Brophy from Ideomed talks more about the new capabilities of the app. Kayla Mooris-Doyle with Cherry Street Health Services talks about a unique partnership the organization has entered into with Ideomed.
