(WZZM) - A little bit of exercise can go a long way.  A new study has shown regular exercise can help reduce depression and fatigue in women who went throught breast cancer surgery.

Another found that something as simple as washing the dishes can help reduce your risk of Alzheimer's Disease.

An event in West Michigan is meant to get people moving with a little help from your pet.

Paws for Good Health was created by a partnership between Metro Health and Spartan Stores.  Lindsay Burkowski with Metro Health and Kasey Marr from Spartan Stores talked about the upcoming event and how the partnership between the two will help people in our area.
