Health talk focuses on attention, stress and anxiety orders

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. - Experts will be talking about different ways to manage and treat attention, stress, and anxiety disorders Tuesday, Oct. 8, at Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park.

It is the second of three sessions as part of the Universal Health Solutions Fall Speaker Series. During Tuesday's discussion, experts will talk about how medication is not the only way to treat stress and anxiety disorders.

Panelists will discuss treatment options like mindfulness training, meditation, neurofeedback and even a health digestive system can help relieve some of the effects of these disorders.

The discussion is from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
