Healthy You Get Fit: Beach Bound - Week 5

Grand Rapids, Mich. (WZZM) - In week 5 of our Beach Bound segment,Dr. Ross Sherman had Sarah hit a local hill.

The work out is very simple, do a warm up of jogging. Next, run up a hill, then walk down. Follow this routine for 40 minutes, and then cool down with another jog around a field.

Follow these tips and before you know it you'll be on your way to fitness.
