DETROIT - Police in Detroit have linked Wednesday's shooting of two officers to the murder of Wayne State University Sergeant Collin Rose.
Our ABC affiliate in Detroit reports there was a DNA "match" from the suspect.
The DNA of Raymond Durham, the suspect in Wednesday night's shooting, was found on a glove at the scene of Rose's murder, a flashlight and on Rose.
Durham was taken into custody following the shooting of two Detroit police officers. Those officers are still in the hospital.
Rose was shot and killed in November of last year.
The Kalamazoo area native and Ferris State graduate was investigating reports of car robberies off campus when he was shot.
