GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. - The Geek Group in Grand Rapids is asking the community to help find the person who keeps removing the pride flag from outside its building on Leonard Street.
It's happened twice most recently last week.
In surveillance video, you can see the person walking down Leonard Street and pulling up his shirt to cover his face. From the second camera, there's a blurry image of the flag in the upper right hand corner.
The person starts tugging at it and eventually tears it down.
Geek Group founder Chris Boden is asking the community to help identify the teen or young man responsible. Boden since put up another flag atop the building, "... it's significantly, larger, higher, and you can see it for several blocks.
"Don't mess with my friends," Boden writes on Facebook.
This comes at the start of Pride Week, a time to recognize the LGBT community in Grand Rapids amid the larger Pride Month of June.
