West Michigan Center for Art and Technology raises $6.5M

WMCAT raises $6.5M toward capital campaign

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. - The West Michigan Center for Art and Technology says it has raised $6.5 million as a part of their "Leave Your Mark" campaign.

But, they need about a million dollars more, and they are calling on the community for help. It's for their new location on on the city's West Side.

The new facility, located at First Street and Seward Avenue will expand their career training programs, creative youth development and entrepreneurial programs.
