4 Grand Rapids parks reopen today

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. - Grand Rapids is marking the renovation of four parks with a grand re-opening rollout.

Thursday, Nov. 3, Douglas, Dickinson, Mulick and Camelot parks all officially reopened to the public.

Upgrades include picnic shelters, restrooms, playgrounds, walking paths, ball fields and benches.

Construction and improvements to the parks totaled around $2.5 million.
