MUSKEGON, MICH. - A building in Muskegon considered dangerous is in the process of being knocked down.
Demolition work is now underway on the former Anaconda Wire building. The nearly block-long building is in the 1000 block of Western Avenue.
It was significantly damaged by fire in 1999.
The work is expected to take around three weeks.
The property's owner says there are no current development plans for the site.
