Two girls identified as being involved in Muskegon Heights attack

Police identified two girls has being involved in the attack.

MUSKEGON HEIGHTS, MICH. - Police have identified two girl juveniles as being involved in the attack on a teenager in Muskegon Heights. The teen was targeted and attacked on Saturday, Nov. 4 because of his sexual orientation, according to police. 

Muskegon Heights Police would not say how the two girls were involved.

On a video of the attack, two girl voices can be heard--even though only two people are seen in the video, the 17-year-old victim and the 18-year-old suspect, Trevon Godbolt. 

Godbolt was arrested on Nov. 7 following a tip to police. He is charged with unarmed robbery and false imprisonment
