Stabbing victim fights off robbery attempt

BATTLE CREEK, MICH. - An attempted robbery victim is recovering from a stab wound to his arm. But his attacker did not get away with any money.

It happened just after 2 a.m. Monday, Sept. 5 when the 46-year-old victim was walking near the corner of Elm and Van Buren streets.
