WYOMING, MICH. - Casey Quinlan, 25, was the man who was shot and injured by Wyoming police on Dec. 12 when they responded to a disturbance at Ramblewood Apartments.
Quinlan had been armed and shooting his gun inside the apartment building. The 25-year-old has now been charged with two counts of discharging a firearm inside a building and one count of killing an animal.
Court documents show that Quinlan admitted to using drugs and shooting his cat during the incident.
Several bullets traveled through the walls and into other apartments.
No one else was injured during the incident.
