WYOMING, MICH - A 25-year-old man is facing felony charges stemming from an officer-involved shooting earlier this week. Police als say the man has admitted to using drugs and firing weapons.
Casey Quinlan was shot by a Wyoming officer early Tuesday after police responded to a disturbance at Ramblewood Apartments. Court documents released Friday show Quinlan admitted to using drugs and shooting his cat. Several bullets traveled through the walls and into adjacent apartments.
He admitted to using alcohol, marijuana and possibly LSD, court records show. Quinlan should be formally charged Monday, Dec. 15 on two counts of discharging a firearm inside a building as well as a separate count of killing an animal.
