Water main break in Wyoming leaves streets flooded

Clyde Park closed after water main break in Wyoming

WYOMING, MICH. - The streets are flooded after a water main break in Wyoming Friday afternoon.

Authorities say the the break happened around 4 p.m. at Clyde Park Avenue near 28th Street SW. Police have closed down the roadway while crews work on it.

The water main will not be fixed tonight, and we're told drivers should avoid the area if possible.

There is no word on whether nearby homes and businesses have lost water service, however that could change as the night continues.

We were sent video from a witness at the scene.
