Wyoming: Construction on three new hotels to start early summer

WYOMING, MICH. - Stellar Hospitality has announced plans to bring a Holiday Inn Express and two Marriott hotels to Wyoming.

The three new developments will join Stellar's nearby Hampton Inn at the US-131 and 54th Street interchange and the upcoming Fairfield Inn and Suites located near the corner of M-6 and Byron Center Avenue at Metro Health Village.

The newest hotels will be located at 5830 Clyde Park Avenue. Construction is slated to start early summer 2017.

According to a news release from Stellar Hospitality, the 107-room Holiday Inn Express will be built first. The two Marriott hotels will have a combined 230 rooms.

One of the Marriott hotels will be a Marriott TownePlace Suites -- which is an extended stay, all-suite lodging option and the first of TownePlace Suites in the area. The other Marriott hotel will be a Courtyard by Marriott.

In addition to the hotels, Stellar Hospitality plans on developing a 6,000-sq. ft. restaurant nearby on Clyde Park Avenue.
