Wyoming police ask public for help after woman hurt in hit and run

Wyoming hit and run update

WYOMING, MICH. - Wyoming Public Safety is asking for help in a hit and run that happened earlier this week.

At approximately 5:40 p.m. Monday, Dec. 18 police say a 40-year-old woman was crossing the street at 54th Street and South Division Street was hit by a white vehicle.

That white vehicle was turning south, onto Division and took off after hitting the woman who police say had the right of way. The woman who's hit  is  from Kentwood and was taken to the hospital with injuries.
