Missing Grant Township man found by MSP canine team

GRANT TOWNSHIP, MICH. - UPDATE: Terry Watts was found safe and sound by Michigan State Police canine team around 2:45 p.m. on Friday. 

A man with health issues and in need of his medication is missing from his home in Grant Township.

According to the Newaygo County Sheriff's Office, 54-year-old Terry Watts left his home on Spruce Street around 10 p.m. Thursday night on foot and has not been seen or heard from since. 

Watts does have health issues, the sheriff's office says, and is suppose to take medication but does not have it with him. 

He was last seen wearing a hunter's green t-shirt, gray shorts and flip flops with socks. He is about 5-foot-9-inches and 230-pounds.
