The shooting happened early yesterday on Hall Road in Moorland Township, north of Ravenna.
27-year-old Ysmael Deleon was arraigned Friday on four felony charges including charges for assaulting two police officers during his arrest. As the charges were read, the defendent covered his face and cried.
