LAKE ODESSA, Mich. (WZZM) - Two people have been injured after falling from a grain silo in Lake Odessa, Mich. in Ionia County.
Investigators say one man fell more than 130 feet and the other fell 30 feet. The accident happened this morning while crews were trying to replace a leg on the elevator.
The man who fell farther was also trapped under the elevator for a while. Both victims were taken to Spectrum Butterworth Hospital for treatment.
The Occupational Safety and Health Information is looking into the accident.
