Alticor Lawsuit Going To Trial

Ada - A lawsuit against Alticor is going to trial in federal court. Sellers involved with the Ada-based company's Quixtar division claim they were blocked from selling lucrative "how-to" type materials to other potential Quixtar representatives. A federal judge has now denied Quixtar's motion to dismiss the claims, sending it to trial.

Today, Quixtar sent WZZM 13 News this statement saying: "Quixtar is disappointed with this ruling and is considering available options at this time." Quixtar wants the case to go to arbitration instead.
