Trinidad- A missionary couple from Hudsonville remains in the hospital after being shot during a robbery. The incident happened on the Carribbean island of Trinidad.
Kevin, 49, and Susan Prins, 46, run the Trinidad chapter of a ministry called "Youth With A Mission." Police say the Prins were shot by 4 men on Sunday night. The gang of men were hiding in the bushes of their property as the couple returned home.
A representative from the missonary group says Susan Prins received a flesh wound. Kevin was shot in the neck and required surgery to repair nerve damage.
