ASUNCION, Paraguay (AP) - President Bush's daughter Jenna is in Paraguay, taking part in a United Nations Children's Fund program. UNICEF describes the visit as "strictly private in nature." In a one-page statement, it said Bush will get an introduction to the group's activities during her ten-day stay. It offered few other details, citing security concerns, and said she planned no news conferences and no interviews. Landlocked Paraguay has a population of six million people and ranks as one of the poorest countries in South America. UNICEF and other aid groups have sought to extend basic services such as potable water, health care, education and better housing to the least developed areas.
