A Michigan Snowboarder has died after an accident on Mount Hood in Oregon.
Witnesses say 28-year-old Eric McConeghy of Howell lost control during a jump and fell head first into the snow.
He was stuck upside down to his waist in the snow and suffocated before his friends could pull him out.
Family members say, in all, McConeghy had two sisters and three brothers between his father and stepmother.
McConeghy is the second person to die this year in an accident on Mount Hood.
