Joshua Stump, 18, of Greenville is one of 28 students who will receive a Yes I Can! award for 2008.
Stump is learning disabled and suffers from an anxiety disorder. However, he is also an honor student and the mayor of his high school's Student Council.
The Yes I Can! awards honor students who achieve success despite their disabilities.
Stump will receive his award at the Council for Exceptional Children's national conference in April.
