GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) - The Kent County Sheriff's Department says a man was hit by vehicle early Sunday morning. It happened shortly before 12:30 a.m. in the 6400 block of S. Division, near State Bank. The Sheriff's Department says the driver did stop following the accident. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital with a head injury. He's expected to survive. It's unclear if weather conditions played a factor in the accident.
