Muskegon, Mich. (WZZM) - The Muskegon Police Department has arrested a 14-year-old boy wanted for home invasion and sexual assault.
Teddius Patterson of Muskegon turned himself in to police Saturday around 11pm. A relative was with him at the time.
Police say Patterson faces charges for breaking into a home in the 500 block of Margaret on June 22nd and sexually assaulting a woman.
Authorities say the victim tried to fight him off with a gun, but he over powered her.
Patterson is in the Muskegon County Youth Home and is waiting for his arraignment in Juvenile Court. That will happen Monday.
