1 man killed in Chester Township crash

CHESTER TOWNSHIP, MICH. - One man is dead and three others are hurt after a crash in Chester Township.

It happened just after 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, 2016.

Deputies say a pickup truck traveling north on 32nd Avenue, failed to stop at a stop sign at Sehler Street. The truck hit another vehicle, causing the pickup truck to roll several times.

The passenger of the pick up truck, 24-year-old Hector Aguilar of Bailey, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver, 36-year-old Rodolfo Castillo, also of Bailey, was taken to the hospital. A back seat passenger, 19-year-old Romon Aguilar was also taken to the hospital.

Both are expected to be OK. Two people in the other car were taken to the hospital, and are also expected to be OK. 

Deputies are still looking into what may have caused the crash.
