GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. - On Nov. 9, a body was pulled out of Plaster Creek in Grand Rapids, the woman has now been identified as Nena Samuel, 35.
Samuel was from the greater Grand Rapids area.
Her body showed no signs of trauma following an autopsy.
The medical examiner's office will not issue a cause of death until the toxicology reports are completed, which usually takes about 4 to 8 weeks.
