Police: Missing Galesburg man found safe

GALESBURG, MICH. - UPDATE: According to authorities, on Friday, July 21 Daniel Klosterman was located. He is safe. 

Police are asking the public's help in finding a missing Galesburg man with dementia who may be in danger. 

Daniel Klosterman, 73, was last seen around 2 p.m. on July 18, in the Paw Paw area. Authorities say he drove from his home in Galesburg around 1 p.m. to Paw Paw, but did not return back to his home and had not been seen or heard from since. 

Police say Klosterman suffers from dementia and is easily confused.

He is described as a white man, with grey hair and blue eyes. He is about 5'10" and 155-pounds. He wears glasses and at the time he went missing, was last seen in a dark-colored shirt with pinstripes, blue jeans and white shoes. 

He was driving a 2010 Ford extended cab pickup truck with the Michigan handicap plates registered under 4482J3.
